Job Duties
- provide assistance to the Food & Beverage Manager in overseeing daily operations of assigned F&B outlets
- ensure exceptional guest service in all F&B areas, addressing and resolving guest concerns as needed
- monitor and optimize the performance and profitability of F&B functions, implementing strategies to achieve targets
- train and motivate staff, setting performance goals based on company standards and providing regular feedback
- collaborate with the Food & Beverage Manager to enforce the company’s drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies
- stand, walk, and bend for extended periods during the shift to supervise operations effectively
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the F&B outlets, adhering to safety protocols
- communicate and coordinate with other department heads to ensure seamless interdepartmental operations
- assist in handling guest complaints and intercede when necessary to resolve issues professionally
- uphold the company’s drug-free, tobacco-free, and nicotine-free policies within the workplace
- all other duties as assigned
