- Utilize StoreForce dashboard results and seek feedback to exceed sales goals
- Consistently deliver a world-class customer experience by connecting with customers and identifying their needs
- Demonstrate products and share unique benefits to make customers' day
- Educate customers on Lush’s brand values including fighting animal testing and ethical buying
- Expand product knowledge through ongoing learning and in-depth study
- Develop effective sales techniques and support team growth

- Be punctual, reliable, and actively participate in teamwork
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Manage stock and inventory using visual merchandising guidelines
