Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in casual dining or customer-facing roles preferred
- ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- basic cash handling experience
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Proactively greet and engage guests with enthusiasm
- efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders
- master the sequence of service to ensure timely delivery
- maintain a deep and current understanding of all menu items and allergen information
- manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal
- process payments accurately and handle cash and credit transactions
- collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers
- complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
