Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in casual dining or a customer service role preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods and carry trays
- Excellent communication skills

- Availability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties

- Efficiently and accurately take food and beverage orders, offering knowledgeable suggestions and upselling specials

- Maintain a deep and current understanding of all menu items, preparation methods, ingredients, and allergen information
- Manage table organization and guest needs throughout the meal, quickly addressing any concerns
- Process payments accurately, handle cash and credit transactions efficiently, and adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff, hosts, and other servers to maintain a smooth team environment
- Complete opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned to ensure the dining area is pristine and ready for service
