Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Ability to obtain a Nevada Gaming Registration
  • Previous experience in VIP services, front desk, or reservations
  • Proficiency with CMS, LMS, and Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
  • Demonstrated commitment to guest service excellence

Job Duties

  • Answering telephone calls from casino guests requesting information or services from the Player Development staff
  • Maintaining all special event spreadsheets along with cabana log sheet and ACD Log report
  • Handling all Concierge requests for our casino guests and the player development department
  • Delivering service with a personal touch
  • Creating memorable experiences for guests
  • Ensuring accurate record-keeping and communication between departments
  • Supporting VIP and general guest services
