This position demands a hands-on approach, including the operation of cleaning equipment and thorough inspections to uphold the high standards of the casino.
The role requires the candidate to actively participate in cleaning tasks, such as shampooing carpets to remove stains and spilled drinks, buffing tiles, and cleaning windows, in addition to performing routine duties like checking work assignments for completion and quality. Effective communication within the housekeeping team and across departments is critical to maintaining smooth operations. Successful applicants should be physically capable of lifting and carrying up to 50 pounds, reflecting the physically demanding nature of the job.
Saratoga Casino Black Hawk values its employees and offers competitive pay ranging from $15.50 to $16.00 per hour for the Casino Housekeeper position.
