Job Requirements
- high school diploma or GED
- previous experience as a casino cashier preferred
- basic computer/POS knowledge preferred
- working knowledge of 10-key machine and computer equipment
- accurate money handling skills
- excellent customer service and communication skills
- interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
- must be able to obtain a gaming registration card
- ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and some holidays

Job Duties
- work in a fun, trusting environment focused on great customer service
- serve each customer courteously, quickly and efficiently with a sincere, positive, pleasant and enthusiastic attitude
- embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting the business affairs of the restaurant
- inspire all team members to do the same
- cash all types of checks for guests within the specified guidelines and record all checks cashed in the specified computer system
- conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on guest accounts
- redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests
- redeem all acceptable types of foreign currencies
- process transactions of customers on a point-of-sale (POS) register
- receive and maintain proper cash accountability in cash drawer for shift
- check out the drawer and prepare the shift report properly
- balance bank at end of shift
- resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
- establish strong communication and rapport with leaders and co-workers
- perform other job-related duties as assigned
