Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age
- Must be able to obtain Missouri Gaming License
- Must pass background check
- Must be able to work any day of the week and any shift, including holidays and weekends
- Minimum six months cash handling experience strongly preferred within high volume industries
- Must have excellent customer service/communication skills
- Knowledgeable in data entry, read and interpret output from a computer
- Must present a well-groomed appearance
- Ability to count currency and chips of various denominations
- Must be able to stand for prolonged periods
- Ability to work at a fast pace and maintain composure in stressful situations
- Must tolerate areas containing second-hand smoke, high noise levels, bright lights and dust
- Must have dexterity to grip and work necessary items like chips, money bags, computers
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business
- Must be 18 years of age

Job Duties
- Distribute monies to gaming guests via check cashing, credit card cash advances, casino credit and conversion of gaming checks into currency
- Ensure accountability of all transactions through verification and documentation of exchanges
- Maintain all funds entrusted on a shift basis and provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to all guests
- Promote positive interaction with guests and employees by providing a fun-filled, entertaining environment through flawless delivery and execution of services
- Responsible for the makeup and verification of bankrolls by supplying currency and gaming checks for all money-handling departments
- Operate assigned customer or employee window, performing all transactions with guests or employees in a confidential manner
- Adhere to state and federal regulations
- Maintain internal controls through immediate reports concerning shortages, errors, or discrepancies
- Count currency and chips of various denominations individually stacked or racked
- Redeem various marketing/promotional coupons
- Act as a source of information for guests or refer guests to appropriate staff or facility
- Understand various gaming regulations and pass quarterly and annual exams
- Cash personal checks and obtain cash advances on credit cards for patrons
- Process casino credit applications and transactions
- Suggest/cross sell property or company events, promotions and amenities
