Job Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience as a casino cashier
Excellent customer service skills
Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Interpersonal skills to deal effectively with business contacts
Proficient with 10-key machine and computer equipment
Accurate money handling skills
Ability to obtain a gaming registration card
Physical ability to perform job tasks with or without accommodation

Job Qualifications

Acceptable previous experience as a casino cashier
Excellent customer service and communication (both written and verbal) skills
Have interpersonal skills to deal effectively with all business contacts
Working knowledge of 10-key machine and computer equipment
Accurate money handling skills
Must be able to obtain a gaming registration card
Meet the requirements for the needed physical tasks with or without accommodation

Job Duties

Provide quality service to each guest in a courteous and efficient manner while always displaying a pleasant enthusiastic attitude
Embody a professional demeanor and a high level of character, honesty and integrity in conducting the business affairs of the restaurant
Inspire all team members to do the same
Cash all types of checks for guests within the specified guidelines
Record all checks cashed in the specified computer system
Conduct both Marker and Front Money transactions on guest accounts
Redeem chips/tokens, TITO (ticket in ticket out) and Race and Sports tickets for guests
Redeem all acceptable types of foreign currencies
Receive and maintain proper cash accountability in cash drawer for shift
Check out the drawer and prepare the shift report properly
Balance bank at end of shift
Resolve guest complaints, ensuring guest satisfaction
