Job Duties

  • Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
  • research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction

  • coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
  • assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
