The Beverage Supervisor role at Southland Casino is a full-time position designed for an experienced hospitality professional eager to join a dynamic team that values career progression and diverse opportunities. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in hospitality or beverage management
- Ability to remain standing for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Must be able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Monitor and maintain bar and restaurant cost of sales
- Research and implement new beverage products that will elevate guest service and satisfaction
- Hire, train, and lead team members, providing feedback on their job responsibilities
- Coordinate alcohol compliance and quality standards, handle guest relations, and monitor adherence to quality assurance standards
- Assist with inventory checks and end-of-month financial reporting
