Job Requirements
- Must be 19 years or older
- high school diploma or education equivalent required
- one year experience bartending in high-volume environments
- knowledgeable mixologist
- ability to secure and maintain Nebraska Gaming License
- completion of ServSafe and TIPS Alcohol Awareness certifications
- able to work swings and overnight shifts
- physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- mental focus for multi-tasking
- good communication skills
- must comply with all local, state, and federal liquor laws
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year bartending experience in high-volume bar, service bar, fine dining, or nightclub setting
- knowledgeable mixologist
- ability to obtain and maintain Nebraska Gaming License
- ServSafe certification
- TIPS Alcohol Awareness training

Job Duties
- Practice, support, and maintain the mission, vision and values of WarHorse Gaming Omaha
- provide prompt, efficient and friendly quality service and preparation of beverages to customers
- communicate to supervisor any difficulties, guest comments and other relevant information
- up-sell and regularly replenish beverages, abiding by responsible alcohol service regulations
- converse with guests about alcoholic beverages, advising types and styles, taking beverage orders, and serving drinks
- promote, sell, make, and present cocktails
- comply with S.M.A.R.T. or T.I.P.S. training and local liquor laws
- assess guest intoxication and take appropriate action
- operate refrigeration, post-mix syrup, and beer dispensing systems
- adhere to stock control procedures
- accept payment and comp authorizations
- balance register at end of shift
- participate in developing specials
- train interested beverage servers
- attend meetings and training sessions
- promote positive public and employee relations
- maintain neat and clean appearance at all times
- perform other duties as assigned
