Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Two years of bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of beverage preparation and service
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Strong cash handling skills
- Capability to provide training and mentorship
- Excellent guest service and communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
- Knowledgeable of menu items including mixture and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, supplies, and equipment
Job Duties
- Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment, tools, and work areas
- Manage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels meet internal controls and requesting products as needed
- Ring up beverages, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures while preparing daily reports
- Provide training and mentoring for Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters
- Address guest complaints within your authority, referring complex issues to management as necessary
