Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Two years of bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of beverage preparation and service
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
  • Strong cash handling skills
  • Capability to provide training and mentorship
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • Two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment preferred
  • Knowledgeable of menu items including mixture and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, supplies, and equipment

Job Duties

  • Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment, tools, and work areas
  • Manage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels meet internal controls and requesting products as needed
  • Ring up beverages, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures while preparing daily reports
  • Provide training and mentoring for Apprentice Bartenders and Bar Porters
  • Address guest complaints within your authority, referring complex issues to management as necessary
