Job Requirements
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment is preferred
- knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and bar tools
- capacity to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
- ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- knowledgeable of menu items, including mixture and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Job Duties
- Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
- maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment, tools, and work areas
- manage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels meet internal controls and requesting products as needed
- ring up beverages, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures while preparing daily reports
- provide training and mentoring for apprentice bartenders and bar porters
- address guest complaints within your authority, referring complex issues to management as necessary
