Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • two years of bartending experience in a bar or similar environment is preferred
  • knowledge of beverage recipes, preparation methods, and bar tools
  • capacity to handle cash and POS transactions accurately
  • ability to maintain cleanliness and order in the bar area
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • knowledgeable of menu items, including mixture and serving beverages, standard beverage recipes, preparation methods, glassware, garnishes, products, menu items, supplies and equipment
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Job Duties

  • Make and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to standardized recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and sanitation of bar equipment, tools, and work areas
  • manage bar inventory, ensuring stock levels meet internal controls and requesting products as needed
  • ring up beverages, collect payments, and follow cash handling procedures while preparing daily reports
  • provide training and mentoring for apprentice bartenders and bar porters
  • address guest complaints within your authority, referring complex issues to management as necessary
