Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Minimum 6 months bartending experience preferred
Must be at least 21 years of age
Must understand and speak English
Strong guest service experience
Ability to stand for long periods of time
Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends and holidays

Job Duties

Provide a high level of customer service and promote a positive attitude to create a fun and entertaining experience for guests and team members
Maintain a professional appearance at all times, ensuring cleanliness and grooming standards
Mix and prepare drink orders according to company standards and garnish properly
Accurately operate cash register by ringing in transactions, accepting payment, and providing change
Monitor stock levels and request stock as needed
Maintain cleanliness of bar and workstation
Follow safety rules and procedures
Answer questions related to Hollywood operations when asked
Prepare bars for following shifts by completing opening and closing duties
Notify supervisor if a guest appears intoxicated
Inform management of any equipment problems
Attend all staff briefings and meetings
Perform other duties as assigned
