Job Duties
- Consistently deliver positive, courteous, and professional guest service in all interactions with guests, visitors, vendors, and fellow employees
- Discover guest needs and suggest beverages to enhance their experience and meet sales goals
- Be the master of the bar, understanding all aspects to promote a well-run shift by proper preparation
- Maintain par levels of all stock and supplies, garnishes, beer, wine, liquor, barware, etc.
- Responsible for keeping an accurate count of all money and comps received for guests and follow cash handling policies
