The role available is a critical line position within the restaurant. Line positions are the heart of daily restaurant operations, acting as the frontline team members responsible for preparing, assembling, and delivering customer orders accurately and efficiently. Employees in this position are expected to uphold strict standards for food safety, quality, and cleanliness while providing outstanding service to guests. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintain excellent product and menu knowledge, and interact professionally with customers is essential. Beyond food preparation duties, team members are also expected to support other restaurant functions as needed, such as cashiering and cleaning, to ensure smooth operational flow.

The role reports directly to the General Manager, Assistant Manager, or Shift Leader, under whom team members receive guidance and performance feedback. This position also involves participation in Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation fundraising initiatives, reflecting the company’s strong community focus and charitable spirit. The restaurant values a positive, team-oriented work atmosphere and seeks individuals committed to maintaining a safe, efficient, and sanitary working environment. The ability to lift up to 50 lbs and adapt to varying responsibilities as directed by management rounds out the expectations for this role. Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment advantageous

  • Basic math skills for cashier duties
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
