Job Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong attention to detail and time management
- Passion for quality, safety, and sanitation
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Friendly attitude and team player
- Ability to make decisions independently
- Proactive and urgent demeanor
- Ability to stand for up to 6 hours
- Ability to move around the café
- Ability to lift and handle up to 25 pounds
- Ability to position self to reach shelves and cabinets
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier or customer service experience beneficial
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Proficient in English reading, writing, and speaking
- Familiarity with point-of-sale systems is a plus
Job Duties
- Complete transactions by scanning items and processing payments
- Maintain cash drawer security and balance according to policy
- Provide excellent guest service by responding to requests and product knowledge
- Stock bakery, refrigerated, and impulse items
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area and dining room
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient café operations
- Resolve problems promptly and inform management of any issues
