This role is for a Team Member focused primarily on member purchases and customer service at the front line. The position requires processing members' purchases courteously and efficiently, including verifying, renewing, upgrading, and offering various membership products. Team Members scan merchandise and handle multiple forms of payments while ensuring timely checkouts. Beyond transactional duties, this role demands excellent member service skills, maintaining cleanliness at the front-line department, and exemplifying the company’s GOLD Member Standards, which focus on greeting and anticipating members' needs, speedy and friendly service, and maintaining a fresh and clean environment. This is an hourly position with a starting pay of $16.00 per hour, emphasizing predictable full attendance and a commitment to quality and team collaboration.
