Job Duties

Operate cash register station to itemize and total purchases
Collect money from customers and give accurate change
Place merchandise in bags or boxes for customers
Balance cash received with cash sales daily
Follow the cashier manual to ensure accuracy and accountability
Straighten merchandise racks by removing empty hangers and placing merchandise in its proper location
Ensure aisles and floors are clear of debris and merchandise
