The successful candidate will be responsible for adhering to all loss prevention policies, including credit card handling, discounts, returns, and exchanges, thereby maintaining high standards of operational integrity. A key aspect of the role is to ensure the store maintains a brand-consistent appearance through flawless execution of visual merchandising and marketing displays. Additional duties include supporting store operations such as stocking merchandise, replenishment tasks, and assisting in back store activities. The position requires collaborating closely with the store leadership team and contributing to a positive, discrimination-free workplace culture that aligns with the company's values. Candidates must be prepared to work in person and perform various duties that support overall store performance and customer satisfaction. Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred

Job Duties
- Maximizes personal and store sales by promoting brand initiatives and delivering a customer-obsessed omni channel experience
- Adheres to all LP code of conduct policies i.e. credit cards, discounts, return and exchange procedures
- Ensures the store is brand aligned through flawless execution of visual presentation and marketing display
- Performs other duties as assigned by the Store leader team i.e. stocking and replenishment of merchandise, back store operations, etc.
