Job Requirements

  • Must possess at least 1 year of restaurant experience
  • Must be reliable and dependable with flexible availability
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States
  • Must have ServSafe or Food Handlers Certification
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
  • Willingness to work full-time or part-time hours as needed

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum of 1 year restaurant experience
  • Self-discipline, initiative, and leadership ability
  • Pleasant, polite manner with neat and clean appearance
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate orders and guest responses
  • Practical experience combined with education and strong ambition
  • Basic computer proficiency including MS Word and Excel
  • Familiarity with Point of Sale systems

Job Duties

  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently
  • Provide friendly and engaging customer service
  • Deliver food orders promptly to tables
  • Manage cash drawer and reconcile sales receipts
  • Coordinate multiple tasks simultaneously including order taking and guest inquiries
  • Assist in restaurant operations during peak times including food production and service
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment following company standards
