Job Requirements
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within required timeline
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry up to 40 pounds
- Ability to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Two years of customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail
- Two years experience using point-of-sale systems
- Knowledge of menu items and promotions
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Friendly and outgoing personality
Job Duties
- Greet guests and manage point-of-sale transactions accurately and efficiently
- Deliver outstanding hospitality making guests feel welcomed and valued
- Learn the menu thoroughly to make personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables ensuring orders are correct and timely
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas
- Collaborate with managers and kitchen staff to resolve issues and ensure smooth service
- Perform additional duties as assigned
