Job Requirements
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
- Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by the location
- Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
- Ability to stand and walk for long periods
- Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights
Job Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail settings is a plus
- Ability to actively listen to guests and provide personalized service
- Ability to adapt and respond quickly to fast-paced or changing environments
- Positive and outgoing attitude with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
Job Duties
- Greet guests and accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems
- Deliver outstanding hospitality by making each guest feel welcomed and valued
- Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
- Run food to tables promptly ensuring orders are correct and offer refills proactively
- Maintain cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas of the restaurant
- Collaborate effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and the Hospitality Team to ensure smooth service and resolve any issues
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support restaurant operations
