Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by the first day or within the timeline required by the location
  • Ability to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Ability to stand and walk for long periods
  • Ability to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of point-of-sale systems is preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer service in restaurant, hospitality, or retail settings is a plus
  • Ability to actively listen to guests and provide personalized service

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and accurately process transactions using point-of-sale systems

  • Run food to tables promptly ensuring orders are correct and offer refills proactively
