Job Requirements

Strong verbal communication skills
Availability to work a flexible schedule
Ability to lift, push, pull, or carry objects up to 40 lbs

Job Qualifications

Strong verbal communication skills
Customer service experience in restaurant, hospitality, or retail preferred
Experience with point-of-sale systems preferred
Ability to work flexible schedules

Job Duties

Greet guests and accurately process orders at the point of sale
Deliver exceptional hospitality making each guest feel welcomed and valued
Learn and maintain thorough knowledge of the menu and current promotions to provide personalized recommendations
Run food to tables promptly and ensure orders are correct
Maintain cleanliness and organization of guest-facing areas
Collaborate effectively with managers, kitchen staff, and team members to ensure smooth service
Perform additional duties as assigned
