You will be responsible for operating the Point of Sale (POS) system with accuracy while maintaining a swift and seamless transaction process. Additionally, you will ensure that food is delivered to tables quickly and correctly, refilling drinks and chips to enhance the guest’s satisfaction.

Maintaining cleanliness and organization in all guest-facing areas is essential, helping to create a welcoming and comfortable environment. Beyond individual tasks, teamwork is a critical component; you will collaborate closely with managers, kitchen staff, and other Hospitality Team members to ensure efficient problem-solving and a smooth flow of service. Job Requirements

  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • Availability to work a flexible schedule
  • Must meet state and local requirements for Food Handler’s and Alcohol Server certifications
  • Certification(s) must be obtained by first day or within the timeline required by location
  • Must be able to lift, push, pull or carry objects up to 40 lbs
  • Must be able to stand for several hours and walk for long periods
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects on shelves of varying heights

Job Qualifications

  • Able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach for objects at varying heights

Job Duties

  • Greet guests, ask questions to understand their needs, offer suggestions, and ensure each transaction is fast and accurate
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality, making each guest feel welcomed and valued
  • Learn the menu and maintain knowledge of current promotions to make personalized recommendations
  • Run food to tables, ensuring correct and timely delivery of orders
  • Proactively offer refills on chips and drinks and exceed guest expectations
  • Ensure guest-facing areas of the restaurant are clean, organized, and inviting
  • Work collaboratively with managers, kitchen, and Hospitality Team to resolve problems and ensure efficient service
  • Perform other duties as assigned
