Casey Auto Group is seeking a dedicated full-time Cashier/Receptionist to become an integral part of their auto finance team at Auto Credit of Virginia. This role offers a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM, and every Saturday from 9 AM to 2 PM, with Sundays off and an additional weekday off. With an hourly pay rate of $14.00, this position provides a stable income combined with the opportunity to gain valuable experience in a dynamic workplace. The Cashier/Receptionist will handle various responsibilities ranging from processing payments, logging cash and credit card transactions, to performing administrative and receptionist duties such as faxing, filing, and answering multi-line phones. Attention to detail is essential, as balancing receipts at the end of each shift is a key function that contributes to the daily operational success.

In addition to the financial handling aspects, the role emphasizes excellent customer service and communication skills. The successful candidate will work closely with supervisors and staff, providing assistance where needed and contributing to a positive and efficient office culture. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous cashier or receptionist experience preferred
  • basic knowledge of office equipment and multi-line phone systems

Job Duties

  • Receive and log credit card and cash payments from auto loan customers
  • balance receipts at the end of each shift
  • perform various administrative and receptionist duties such as faxing and filing

  • assist the supervisor and staff as directed
