We are currently seeking a motivated and friendly Automotive Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our dealership. This role is crucial as it involves being the initial point of contact, both in person and over the phone, for customers seeking assistance or information about our dealership’s offerings. The Automotive Receptionist is responsible for creating a positive and professional environment that encourages friendly and efficient communication. You will play an integral part in maintaining the smooth flow of operations by managing administrative tasks, facilitating communication between departments, and directly supporting our sales and service teams.
The position demands exceptional interpersonal skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting. The individual in this role should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the capability to handle customer interactions with patience and care. Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite and dealership management software will enhance your ability to perform the daily duties effectively.
This role requires availability Wednesday through Friday from 3 PM to 8 PM and Saturdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, ensuring that customers receive timely assistance during peak hours. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
- must have the ability to work Wednesday through Friday 3PM-8PM and Saturday's 8AM-5PM
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus
- a professional appearance and a positive attitude
- regular and predictable attendance is required for this position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor
- answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
