Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role, preferably in an automotive setting
- must have the ability to work Wednesday through Friday 3PM-8PM and Saturday's 8AM-5PM
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- ability to handle multiple tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with dealership management software is a plus
- a professional appearance and a positive attitude
- regular and predictable attendance is required for this position
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with a professional and friendly demeanor
- answer and direct phone calls to the appropriate department or personnel
- process customer transactions and handle cash or credit card payments
- maintain a clean and organized reception area
- assist with administrative tasks
- provide information about dealership services, promotions, and vehicle inventory
- coordinate with service and sales departments to ensure customer needs are met efficiently
