Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years of age
  • Must work holidays and holiday weekends, as scheduled
  • Knowledge of basic mathematical calculations to process admission fees, calculate change, and prepare daily cash reports

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience working a cash register and calculating change
  • Skill in effective oral communication to provide clear information and interact professionally with the public
  • Skill in customer service and maintaining positive relationships with diverse individuals
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and take appropriate action during emergency situations
  • Ability to remain calm, professional, and composed in high-pressure or urgent scenarios

Job Duties

  • Manage front desk operations to ensure a positive customer experience, including handling admissions, processing payments, and providing accurate information to patrons
  • Support safe and enjoyable pool use by assisting with rule enforcement and maintaining a welcoming environment
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the pool area, including decks, restrooms, and surrounding spaces, to uphold health and safety standards
  • Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay informed and contribute to continuous improvement of pool operations
  • Perform additional duties as needed to support the overall success and safety of the facility
