This position is an hourly, part-time or full-time employment opportunity with a competitive starting wage ranging from $12.00 to $12.50 per hour. The actual starting pay is contingent upon the individual's skills, qualifications, and prior experience.

As a Customer Service Associate at Marshalls, the primary responsibility is to deliver an exceptional and highly satisfying customer experience. Associates in this position take pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting store environment, which contributes significantly to the overall shopping experience. The Customer Service Associate is actively involved in daily store recovery efforts, ensuring that the sales floor and entire store remain organized, clean, and safe. This role requires participation in safety programs and shrink reduction initiatives to help maintain a secure and efficient store environment. Associates give and receive feedback constructively, uphold labor laws, policies, and procedures, and are expected to exemplify teamwork with peers and management.
