Job Requirements

Previous host/hostess or cashier experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant dynamics is advantageous
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
A background in hotel experience or guest services is desirable but not mandatory
Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building positive guest relations
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Job Duties

Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring they feel valued and appreciated
Manage seating arrangements and reservations to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort
Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
Process payments and handle cash transactions with attention to detail
Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience
Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service delivery
