Job Requirements

  • Previous host/hostess or cashier experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred
  • Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
  • Familiarity with food service operations and restaurant dynamics is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure under pressure
  • A background in hotel experience or guest services is desirable but not mandatory
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an emphasis on building positive guest relations
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

  • Manage seating arrangements and reservations to optimize table turnover while maintaining guest comfort
  • Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS
  • Process payments and handle cash transactions with attention to detail
  • Provide information about menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance the guest experience
  • Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff and servers to ensure timely service delivery
