Job Requirements

One year of previous food service experience preferred
Ability to work varied part-time schedule including open availability
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to perform cleaning and stocking duties
Basic math skills for cashiering
Ability to operate POS system
Must comply with drug-free workplace policies
Must be able to perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred
At least one year of food service experience preferred
Ability to operate POS system
Strong customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and teamwork skills
Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures

Job Duties

Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
Assist in preparing catering orders
Perform cashier duties using the POS system
Perform general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage to designated areas
Provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
Cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy with receipts
Make deposits at the end of each shift
Inventory and restock supplies and food products
Set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges
Serve hot and cold items to customers
Keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using the first in, first out rule
Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items on a daily basis
Record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms
Perform other duties as assigned
