Job Requirements
- Prior cash handling experience preferred
- ability to work part time on assigned schedule
- ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for long periods and lifting
- basic math skills for cashier duties
- reliable and punctual
- authorization to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- prior cash handling experience preferred
- basic knowledge of food preparation and service
- ability to operate POS system
- good communication and customer service skills
- ability to work part time on assigned schedule
- ability to perform general cleaning and maintenance tasks
- attention to detail
- ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- help prepare catering orders
- perform cashier duties using the POS system
- perform general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage
- provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy and making deposits
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges
- serve hot and cold items to customers
- set up items for purchase daily
- keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products using first in first out
- stock pantries with correct par levels and record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
- perform other duties as assigned
