Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior food service experience preferred
Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to operate a POS system
Ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods
Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 6:00 am - 2:30 pm
Ability to follow food safety and sanitation guidelines

Job Qualifications

Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Strong communication skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Help prepare meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
Assist in preparing catering orders
Perform cashier duties using POS system
Conduct general cleaning and trash removal
Provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
Maintain cash accuracy with receipts and make deposits
Inventory and restock supplies and food products
Set up serving line and monitor food temperatures
Serve hot and cold items to customers
Set up daily items for purchase
Keep refrigerator stocked and rotate products
Stock pantries with correct food item levels
Record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures
Perform other duties as assigned
