Job Requirements
- Prior grill cook experience is preferred
- Ability to work full-time schedule including days, evenings, nights, and some weekends
- Must be able to perform cashier duties accurately
- Capability to maintain cleanliness of work areas
- Ability to handle inventory and restocking tasks
- Must be able to comply with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Capable of standing and moving for extended periods during shifts
- Must be able to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Availability to accept variable shifts as needed
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in food service or cashier roles is preferred
- Prior grill cook experience is preferred
- Ability to operate Point of Sale systems accurately
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards
- Capable of working various shifts including weekends
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines and procedures
Job Duties
- Operates Point of Sale system to perform cashier duties
- Assists in preparing foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- Helps with catering order preparation
- Performs general cleaning duties and removes trash to designated areas
- Provides service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Maintains cash accuracy and makes deposits at shift end
- Inventories and restocks supplies and food products
- Sets up serving lines ensuring food temperatures are accurate and within acceptable ranges
- Serves hot and cold items to customers
- Keeps refrigerator stocked and rotates products following first-in, first-out rules
- Performs other duties as assigned
