Job Requirements
- Prior cashier, grill, or pizza station experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate Point of Sale system
- Ability to perform general cleaning duties
- Ability to maintain cash accuracy and handle monetary deposits
- Ability to follow food safety guidelines such as first in, first out rule
- Ability to stand and work for extended periods during shifts
- Ability to work Monday through Friday scheduled hours
- Must be able to comply with company policies and work in a drug-free environment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior cashier, grill, or pizza station experience preferred but not required
- Ability to operate POS system
- Basic food preparation skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
- Assist in preparing catering orders
- Perform cashier duties using the POS system
- Perform general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage
- Provide service in retail areas including cashiering and line serving
- Cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy and making deposits
- Inventory and restock supplies and food products
- Set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are monitored and within acceptable ranges
- Serve hot and cold items to customers
- Set up items for purchase daily
- Keep refrigerator stocked and rotate product using FIFO rule
- Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items and record replenishments and refrigerator temperatures
- Perform other duties as assigned
