Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior food service experience
  • Prior cashier experience
  • Ability to operate a Point of Sale system
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to work evening shifts from Sunday to Thursday
  • Reliable and punctual
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • Ability to maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards

Job Duties

  • Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods and desserts
  • Help prepare catering orders
  • Perform cashier duties using the POS system
  • Perform general cleaning duties including removing trash and garbage to designated areas
  • Provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
  • Cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy with receipts and making deposits at the end of each shift
  • Inventory and restock supplies and food products
  • Set up serving line ensuring temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges and notify cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits
  • Serve hot and cold items to customers
  • Set up items for purchase on a daily basis
  • Keep refrigerator stocked and product rotated using the first in, first out rule
  • Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items daily and record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock forms
  • Perform other duties as assigned
