Job Duties
- operate point of sale system
- assist the chef with food preparation
- prepare coffee and maintain coffee station cleanliness
- perform cashier duties with accuracy and according to procedures
- perform general cleaning duties including trash removal
- provide service in retail areas including line serving
- inventory and restock supplies and food products
- set up serving lines and monitor food temperatures
- serve hot and cold food items
- maintain refrigerator stock and rotate products using first in, first out rule
- stock pantries and record replenished amounts and temperatures
- perform other duties as assigned
