Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience as a cashier or food service worker
  • Ability to work full time with open availability
  • Must be able to perform physical tasks related to food service
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling cash
  • Ability to follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
  • Willingness to work varied schedules including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Operate Point of Sale system
  • Assist chef with food preparation
  • Prepare coffee and maintain coffee station cleanliness
  • Perform cashier duties accurately handling cash and deposits
  • Inventory and restock food products and supplies
  • Set up and monitor serving line with proper food temperature checks
  • Perform general cleaning and trash removal
  • Serve hot and cold food items to customers
  • Prepare items for daily purchase
  • Maintain refrigerator stock and rotate products according to first in, first out rule
  • Stock pantries and record replenished amounts
  • Record refrigerator temperatures daily
  • Assist with catering order preparation
  • Perform other duties as assigned
