Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to operate POS system
Ability to perform food preparation and cleaning tasks
Open availability and flexible schedule
Ability to stand for extended periods
Must comply with food safety regulations
Able to work full time

Prior customer service experience preferred
Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) system
Basic food preparation skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Good communication and customer service skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
Assist in preparing catering orders
Perform cashier duties using the POS system
Perform general cleaning duties and remove trash to designated areas
Provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
Cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy with receipts
Make deposits at the end of each shift
Inventory and restock supplies and food products
Set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges
Notify cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits
Serve hot and cold items to customers
Set up items for purchase on a daily basis
Keep refrigerator stocked and product rotated using first in, first out rule
Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items daily
Record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily
Perform other duties as assigned
