Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior customer service experience preferred
  • Ability to operate POS system
  • Ability to perform food preparation and cleaning tasks
  • Open availability and flexible schedule
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Must comply with food safety regulations
  • Able to work full time

  • Ability to operate Point of Sale (POS) system
  • Basic food preparation skills
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation procedures
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Good communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Help prepare foods such as meats, vegetables, baked goods, and desserts
  • Assist in preparing catering orders
  • Perform cashier duties using the POS system
  • Perform general cleaning duties and remove trash to designated areas
  • Provide service in all retail areas including cashiering and line serving
  • Cashier according to established procedures maintaining cash accuracy with receipts
  • Make deposits at the end of each shift
  • Inventory and restock supplies and food products
  • Set up serving line ensuring food temperatures are taken, recorded and within acceptable ranges
  • Notify cooks if food temperatures are not within acceptable limits
  • Serve hot and cold items to customers
  • Set up items for purchase on a daily basis
  • Keep refrigerator stocked and product rotated using first in, first out rule
  • Stock pantries with correct par levels of food items daily
  • Record replenished amounts and refrigerator temperatures on floor stock form daily
  • Perform other duties as assigned
