Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior retail and kitchen experience
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM
  • reliable transportation or means to commute
  • ability to perform physical tasks including standing for long periods
  • ability to follow food safety and cleanliness protocols
  • must be able to handle cash transactions accurately
  • willingness to comply with company drug-free policy

Job Qualifications

  • Prior retail experience
  • prior kitchen experience
  • ability to operate POS systems
  • knowledge of food preparation and safety
  • customer service skills
  • ability to work full-time Monday through Friday

Job Duties

  • Operates Point of Sale system
  • assists the chef with food preparation
  • prepares coffee and maintains coffee and cashier stations
  • performs general cleaning duties including trash removal
  • provides service in retail areas including cashiering and line serving
  • maintains cash accuracy and makes deposits
  • inventories and restocks supplies and food products
  • sets up serving lines ensuring food safety and temperature standards
  • serves hot and cold items to customers
  • manages refrigerator stock and inventory rotation
  • maintains pantry par levels
  • records replenishment and temperature data
  • performs other duties as assigned
