Job Requirements

- prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
- exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor
- strong multitasking abilities and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately
- ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
- proficiency in using point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn quickly
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages

Job Duties
- Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale system
- deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner with attention to detail
- greet and seat customers, providing menus and answering any questions they may have
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station throughout the shift
- assist in restocking supplies as needed, including napkins, utensils, and condiments
- communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding customer orders, including special requests
- handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
