Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in a restaurant or customer service role preferred
  • exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly demeanor
  • strong multitasking abilities and the capability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math skills for handling transactions and processing payments accurately
  • ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • proficiency in using point-of-sale systems or willingness to learn quickly
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and carry trays of food and beverages

Job Duties

  • Process customer transactions quickly and accurately using our point-of-sale system
  • deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner with attention to detail
  • greet and seat customers, providing menus and answering any questions they may have
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and cashier station throughout the shift
  • assist in restocking supplies as needed, including napkins, utensils, and condiments
  • communicate effectively with kitchen staff regarding customer orders, including special requests
  • handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and efficiently to ensure satisfaction
