Job Requirements

Must be able to work Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
ability to stand for extended periods
physical ability to lift at least 25 pounds
punctual and reliable attendance
proper uniform including non-slip shoes and name tag
must follow company dress code
ability to maintain professionalism in appearance
must comply with all HSEQ policies and procedures
willingness to take directions from management
strong commitment to guest experience
ability to communicate effectively
maintain positive attitude under pressure
must be dependable and reliable

Job Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent
previous customer service experience preferred
strong communication skills
ability to work well in a team environment
positive attitude and professionalism
ability to manage time effectively under busy conditions
knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations
basic inventory management skills

Job Duties

Maintain product inventory to established levels
maintain contracted coffee program
recognize products
accurately restock and rotate products
smile, greet, and serve customers, making them feel welcome
complete necessary HACCP to ensure safe temperature control
display merchandise in an attractive manner
maintain all marketing kiosks areas in a neat, clean, and attractive manner
label and display signs for all items
follow all safety rules and actively prevent accidents
ensure that all marketing kiosks are restocked with adequate product throughout the day
other duties as assigned by management
