Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred
- 3-5 years of customer service experience including answering customer questions and concerns regularly
- 2 years of supervisory or management experience
- 1 year of retail experience
- English/Spanish bilingual speakers preferred
- ability to work night weekend and/or early morning hours as needed
- data entry skills according to department requirements
- knowledge of Microsoft Office software applications
- pre-employment screening includes criminal background check

Job Duties
- Manage recruit hire coach train schedule set goals and provide feedback
- govern complete timekeeper functions administer benefit pay accurately and track staff paperwork including job orders class changes and terminations
- collaborate respond to all communications daily and attend scheduled training events
- resolve receive and follow-up with appropriate manager for all escalated customer situations
- lead follow policies discipline staff as needed control expenses and turnover
- support special events staffing and setup finance and leasing programs and Berkshire Hathaway shareholder on-site events
