Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- expertise in the baking business
- must be able to fluently speak and read english
- capable of counting money and making change
- able to operate restaurant equipment
- able to work indoors and outdoors under regular restaurant and weather conditions
- able to stand continuously for extended periods
- able to climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl, walk, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs
- able to follow all restaurant policies and procedures
- willingness to adhere to schedule and arrive on time
- physically able to handle eye-hand-foot coordination tasks
- able to complete all training requirements
Job Qualifications

- guest focus - anticipate and understand guests' needs and exceed their expectations

- high school diploma or equivalent
- successfully completes all training including dunkin' donuts online university requirements, basic restaurant training, and human resource training
- on the job training provided by the restaurant manager and assistant restaurant manager
- expertise in the baking business
- creative and able to come up with decorative designs
Job Duties
- communicate appropriately with team members, treating others fairly and with respect
- respond positively to feedback and direction given
- hold themselves accountable for their responsibilities on their shift
- adhere to schedule and arrive ready to work on time
- hold guests as highest priority and ensure each guest is highly satisfied with his or her experience
- respond to specific guest needs and resolve problems with a sense of urgency
- adhere to brand standards and systems, delivering quality food and beverage to each guest
- maintain a clean and neat workstation
- complete thorough cleaning of guest areas as directed
- complete all required training and support the training of other team members
- effectively execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
- prepare all products following appropriate recipes and procedures
- follow all procedures related to cash, cleanliness, food safety, and restaurant safety and security
- comply with all restaurant policies
