Job Requirements

  • Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds
  • Ability to squat, crouch, bend, and twist as required
  • Must be able to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
  • Must be able to operate restaurant equipment safely and correctly
  • Ability to process cash and credit card transactions accurately
  • Must have good vision to maintain safety and product quality
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in food service or retail cashier role preferred
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
  • Strong communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
  • Physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Serve customers according to established customer service standards
  • Prepare high-quality products following Little Caesars recipes and procedures
  • Greet customers promptly and accurately take orders
  • Manage cash transactions including counting money and processing payments
  • Clean and organize work stations and assigned areas
  • Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the employee handbook
  • Communicate effectively with customers, crew, and management
