Job Requirements
- Must be able to lift up to 55 pounds
- Ability to squat, crouch, bend, and twist as required
- Must be able to stand for long periods and work in varying temperatures
- Must be able to operate restaurant equipment safely and correctly
- Ability to process cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Must have good vision to maintain safety and product quality
- Must be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food service or retail cashier role preferred
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and procedures
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
- Physical ability to perform job-related tasks including lifting and standing for extended periods
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to established customer service standards
- Prepare high-quality products following Little Caesars recipes and procedures
- Greet customers promptly and accurately take orders
- Manage cash transactions including counting money and processing payments
- Clean and organize work stations and assigned areas
- Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the employee handbook
- Communicate effectively with customers, crew, and management
