Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 6 months experience in customer service
- Minimum 6 months experience in barista duties
- Ability to work flexible shifts between 12 pm and 2 am
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and process payments accurately
- Availability to work weekends, weekdays, and holidays
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in work area
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 6 months customer service experience
- Minimum of 6 months barista experience
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication skills
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekdays, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to operate point-of-sale systems accurately
- Passion for delivering exceptional guest service
Job Duties
- Greet guests and respond to guest requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
- brew, sell, promote and prepare beverages according to established recipes and standards
- take guest beverage and food orders and accurately input orders in appropriate point-of-sale system
- maintain cleanliness of work area/outlet
- accurately total, process and collect payments from guests including handling money, processing credit and debit cards, making change and processing gift certificates and cards
- requisition, stock and rotate products
- secure and store all beverages, food and other equipment items
- deposit cash drops, secure and balance bank and sign out/in keys
