Job Requirements

Availability for at least three shifts including weekends
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Experience in a high volume customer service environment
Ability to maintain composure and provide excellent customer service under pressure
Must be able to check IDs for age verification
Exceptional organizational skills
Commitment to a guest-first approach

Job Qualifications

Minimum two years of relevant work experience
Experience with pizza service preferred
Experience using Toast POS system
Excellent communication skills
Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively
Guest-focused attitude
Strong teamwork and collaboration skills

Job Duties

Greet customers, assist in the ordering process and create a positive pizza experience
Process payments including cash, credit, and debit, ensuring accurate change and receipts
Answer phones and take phone orders, respond to guest questions about menu items, event schedule and store policies
Check IDs for 21 plus beverage sales
Maintain a clean, organized, well-stocked workspace and dining room
Balance the cash register ensuring accuracy at the beginning and end of each shift
Ensure every order is completed and communicate outstanding orders with fellow staff
