Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers while providing excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Assist with credit, rewards and gift card programs
- Promote sales and customer service programs such as Findmore
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Maintain signing and merchandising standards at checkouts
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior device to manage checkout lines
- Assist with omnichannel efforts, recovery, put backs and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including sales, customer service, productivity, and attendance
