Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous retail or cashier experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic proficiency with technology including point of sale systems
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable and punctual
- Ability to work in a team environment

Job Duties
- Greet and assist customers with excellent customer service
- Demonstrate WORTH behaviors consistently
- Partner with others for additional support
- Resolve problems and assist with credit, rewards, and gift card programs
- Promote Findmore and other sales-driving programs
- Complete checkout processes including returns and re-ticketing
- Assist with signing and merchandising standards at checkout
- Stock and merchandise impulse fixtures and replenishment
- Call for assistance proactively when needed in checkout
- Utilize Point of Sale on Mobile Warrior for line management
- Assist with omnichannel efforts as needed
- Help with recovery, put backs, and fitting room maintenance
- Participate in annual inventory processes
- Support company shrink and safety initiatives
- Meet established performance standards including iCAP program, sales, productivity, and attendance
